The accommodation is as follows: Two self-contained flats with their en-suite bathrooms are on the top floor. One of the flats has two bedrooms, the other a suite-bedroom with a sitting area and its own terrace. The two flats are separated by a large, sunny patio. The main floor has an entry foyer, a grand living room, a rec-room with flat-screen TV, the large kitchen/dining room, a courtyard for al fresco dining, and off to one side behind its own entryway, a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The lower level offers a garden flat, accessed by its own gate and stone pathways, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Between it and the main house are the various green areas, including a herb garden, and the sizeable deck with its big swimming-pool.
